Wheel of Fire Mt. Bike Race: Think you know your way around the Hinesburg Town Forest? How well do you remember the trails at Sleepy Hollow? Winter 2008/2009 Schedule

Bill Koch Ski Program A kids program (ages 5-13) that teaches the fundamentals of cross country skiing and also includes fun relays, races and games. Friday afternoons 3:30pm-4:30pm Starting Dec. 5th. Contact Pennie Rand for details 434-6047.

The Sleepy Hollow Wednesday Night Race Series January 7th- February 25th, 2009.
Event Info: 2km, 4km or 6km, Classic or Skate. Mass Start at 6:30pm.

Event Info: 10km Classic Race starts at 11am mass start. BKSL Race at 10am, J5-1.5km, J4 & J3-3km. J2-5km starts 11am. Registration: $15 entry fee, add $5 DOR registration. Prizes from Skirack! Monday Night Bill Koch Racer Trainer Program
Event Info: Mon. Evenings 6-7:30pm. Jan. 1st- Feb. 26th. Open for all Bill Koch leagues 4th-8th Graders. The program is designed to give structured, but fun coaching for young racers. Coaches Pennie Rand, Eli Enman and Molly Peters Registration: $100 per child, includes end of season pizza party!

St. Mikes Winter Carnival Jan. 19th-20th

The College Nordic races will be conducted at Sleepy Hollow in Huntington. On Jan. 19, the women's five-kilometer and men's 10-kilometer freestyle-interval start will take place (10 a.m. and 11:15 a.m., respectively), and on Jan. 20, the three-by-three one-kilometer classic sprint relays will be held (men at 10 a.m., women at 11 a.m.).

Ski or snowshoe for free at Sleepy Hollow if you're a Hinesburg, Huntington, or Richmond resident. Our way of thanking the community for all of your support! Please bring your driver's license (or other proof of residency).

Saturday, February 8th 2003 Winter Natural History Tour on skis. Join Everett Marshal, a naturalist with the Vermont Fish and Wildlife Department's Natural Heritage Program, and learn to identify trees, shrubs, and other plans in their winter form. Also discover and gain knowledge of animal signs. $5 plus trail fees. Free for kids under 18. 12:30-3:30 pm. Register at Sleepy Hollow. 434-2283.
