Sleepy Hollow Wedding Packages Include

17-sided Event Barn. Accommodates up to 165 guests. Open year-round (heated in winter, and air-conditioned in summer).
The Round Barn has two bathrooms and a full kitchen.
A two night stay in our cozy inn included in the wedding package.
A beautiful wedding pavilion next to the Round Barn measuring 40′ x 40′. It can be used for the cocktail hour and bar area, or can be a great place to have your wedding ceremony, should the weather not cooperate.
The Pavilion also includes a caterer’s prep area (20′ x 10′ with two countertops and electrical outlets).
Camping area with the Meadow Cabin (with two bunk beds, refrigerator and stove) and four new lean-tos and a bonfire pit with use of bathrooms and showers in the Inn.
You can also add on the Butternut Cabin to your wedding package. Butternut Cabin has a magnificent view of Camel’s Hump. It has 8 twin beds and is a 1 mile hike from the lodge. No plumbing or water. Hike in only.
Use our gazebo for your wedding ceremony – right on the edge of our pond.
We have 877 acres of peace and quiet to enjoy and incorporate into your wedding. Take your group biking or hiking on our large trail system.

Round Barn Inventory

Tables:

20 x 5’ Rounds (they seat 8)
7 x 4’ Rounds (they seat 6 and fit in the balcony)
1 x 3.5’ Round table for cake or presents
5 x 3′ Round high top cocktail tables (42″ high)
1 x (10’ x 3’) for buffet
3 x (8′ x 2′) for buffet
4 x (6′ x 2′) folding buffet tables

Chairs:

165 Wooden folding chairs (these must stay in the barn)
165 White plastic wedding chairs (used for the ceremonies at the gazebo and for pavilion seating)

Barn Kitchen:

2 Conventional Gas Ovens with Stovetop burners (4 per stove).
2 Microwave Ovens, Commercial Coffee Maker
Commercial dishwasher
3 Sinks, plus mop sink in the restroom
One Large refrigerator with freezer.

Pavilion:

Heaters: Four Electric Heaters are included. *These provide localized heat in the pavilion, but do not heat the temperature of the pavilion even with the sides down.
Bar Area: Designated bar service space attached to the pavilion, sink, outlets and tons of space for your favorite beverage’s.
Sidewalls: Roll-down white walls with cathedral windows that can be used to enclose the pavilion. Additional fee required.

Catering Prep Area (behind Pavilion):

2 x 12ft. long counter tops for prep.
Two large Refrigerator with upper freezer

Garbage/Recycling/Composting:

Four large garbage containers
Five blue recycling bins. Please recycle! (you can mix plastic bottles, paper, cardboard etc…)
Compost containers are available.

In Addition:

Small sound system that can play indoors and outside. You can plug in a phone or play the radio. We highly recommend testing your music format prior to your special event!
There are two portable speakers with a microphone for the gazebo, pavilion and barn. We have one microphone stand.
The round barn can be fully heated in the winter and cooled in the summer with AC.

*Sleepy Hollow does not have the following items: ice and or ice machine, table linens, napkin linens, cookware, dish ware, silverware, glassware, candles or decor.

*Fire pit: We do not provide firewood. If you plan to use the fire pit, we ask that you please purchase local firewood nearby. Most grocery and hardware stores sell bundles.
