Sleepy Hollow Inn is included in our wedding package. During the off-season it is also a great place to rent out for your weekend getaway, company retreat, ski/running camp or a family reunion. The maximum number allowed in the inn is 22 people. All prices include cross-country ski or mountain bike passes on our 35 km of trails! Sleepy Hollow Inn rooms are included in the wedding package and the bride and groom do the room lists (please check with them if you are part of a wedding group and want to stay here)
*We do not rent individual rooms. Only weddings and other groups (during the off-season) can rent out the entire inn. Sorry!
Brick Fireplace Suite
$185 per night – Sleeps up to 3 people
This unique room features a queen sized bed and extra twin bed, cozy chairs and a working wood stove. The Brick Fireplace Room is our only downstairs guest room and is handicap accessible. It has a jetted jacuzzi tub in the bathroom!
Catamount Room
$185 per night – Sleeps up to 3 people.
Simple and comfortable, our Catamount room has one queen and one twin-sized bed, closet, private shower and great views of the woods and Liberty Meadow Trail.
Ethan Allen Room
$195 per night – Sleeps up to 4 people
Sleepy Hollow’s Ethan Allen two-room suite is one of our finest guest rooms. The first room has a full size futon bed, along with a large closet. The second room holds a beautiful queen bed and wooden furniture. The Ethan Allen room has a full bath, and great views of our Liberty Meadow trail and pond. The extra space available in the Ethan Allen Suite makes this room great for families.
Ira Allen Room
$185 per night – Sleeps up to 2 people
Ira Allen, brother of Ethan, is furnished with a queen-sized bed, a private bath, and a large storage closet. Ira Allen is a smaller sized room, yet cozy and charming with a unique fisherman decor.
Ann Story Room
$185 per night – Sleeps up to 3 people
A full bath and queen-sized, four-post bed make our Ann Story room quite comfortable. The Ann Story room also has a twin-sized bed. This is a corner room with two windows, one overlooking our pond. Ann Story has a bathroom with a full sized bath tub.
Remember Baker Room
$175 per night – Sleeps up to 4 people
This room has two twin beds and a full size bed. The Remember Baker Room shares a bathroom with the Seth Warner Room. Both rooms open into our comfortable living/reading room. This room has a spacious closet and three windows with a view to the West and South.
Seth Warner Room
$175 per night – Sleeps up to 4 people
These roomy quarters features a queen bed and two twin beds. The Seth Warner Room shares a bathroom with the Remember Baker Room. Both rooms open into our comfortable living/reading room. This room has a spacious closet and three windows with a view to the West and North.
Molly Stark Room
$185 per night – Sleeps up to 3 people
One of our most spacious rooms, the Molly Stark has a queen-sized bed, private shower, and a twin sized bed. Molly Stark opens to our comfortable upstairs lounge area, and enjoys a great view.

Dining Room
Our large dining room is a great place to gather and hang out or to eat a delicious pancake or french toast breakfast each morning of your stay. A large wood stove keeps this room nice and toasty during the winter and large windows overlooking the mountains make for a lovely view. A connected room with buffet tables is filled with delicious breakfast each morning and hot drinks available all day.
Downstairs Living Room
This large living room on the first floor has couches for everyone and stone fireplace that adds great ambience. Enjoy each other’s company in this spacious living room or cozy up to read a book from our bookshelf.
Upstairs Living Room
This living room connects the Seth Warner Room, Remember Baker Room, Molly Stark Room and a shared bathroom. With views of the mountains, a gas fireplace, and lots of comfortable couches to sit on, this space makes for a great gathering room at any hour of the day.
