Through the Seasons: Vermont Weddings at Sleepy Hollow Inn

Sleepy Hollow Inn is a wedding venue that shines during any season! Summer, spring, fall or winter, we’ve got you covered! Our distinctive 17-sided Round Barn indoor space offers ample natural light and stunning views of Camel’s Hump and other surrounding mountains. This space can be heated or cooled to keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The covered outdoor Pavilion space is uniquely lit with string lights and chandeliers that bring out the warmth of the wooden walls and ceiling. The Barn and Pavilion feature large reception areas that can accommodate seating for up to 165 guests, and we provide the tables and chairs! The gazebo by our pond is the perfect backdrop for couples hoping to have an outdoor ceremony in the warmer months, and our fire pit becomes the late-night hangout spot for many of our wedding groups. Sleepy Hollow’s multiple venue spaces allow for flexibility with expected or unexpected weather.
The Inn, which is steps away from the venue, offers a comfortable and intimate place to house friends and family for the wedding weekend. While the Inn can host up to 22 guests on-site, we also offer unlimited camping for wedding guests. As part of our wedding package, we include a small Meadow Cabin which can sleep 4 individuals, access to our meadow and four lean-tos for tent camping, and access to electrical hook ups for RV campers. Couples can also choose to add our Butternut Cabin, a rustic cabin about one-mile from the Round Barn, to their wedding weekend, to host 8 more guests on-site. To even further immerse guests in the outdoors, we encourage them to take advantage of free access to 32 km of hiking, mountain biking and cross-country skiing trails at Sleepy Hollow. Our love for the outdoors and our environment, means that at Sleepy Hollow, we continue to incorporate sustainable practices. For years, 100% of the electricity used during our weddings is offset by our solar panels.
