Tables:

  • 20 x 5’ Rounds (they seat 8)
  • 7 x 4’ Rounds (they seat 6 and fit in the balcony)
  • 1 x 3.5’ Round table for cake or presents
  • 5 x 3′ Round high top cocktail tables (42″ high)
  • 1 x (10’ x 3’) for buffet
  • 3 x (8′ x 2′) for buffet

Chairs:

  • 165 Wooden folding chairs
  • 165 White plastic wedding chairs

Pavilion Heaters:

  • Four Electric Heaters are included. *These provide localized heat in the pavilion, but do not heat the temperature of the pavilion even with the sides down.

Garbage/Recycling/Composting:

  • Four large garbage containers
  • Five blue recycling bins. Please recycle! (you can mix plastic bottles, paper, cardboard etc…)
  • Compost containers are available.

Dishware:

  • We no longer have dishware as it disappeared one too many times… Sorry!

Kitchen:

  • 2 Conventional Gas Ovens with Stovetop burners (4 per stove).
  • 2 Microwave Ovens, Commercial Coffee Maker
  • Commercial dishwasher
  • 3 Sinks, plus mop sink in the restroom
  • One Large Cooler for refrigeration in Kitchen
  • We do NOT have an Ice Machine…Sorry!

Catering Prep Area (behind Pavilion):

  • 2 x 12ft. long counter tops for prep.
  • One large Cooler for refrigeration.
  • One large Refrigerator with upper freezer

​*Small sound system that can play indoors and outside. You can plug in an iPod or play the radio. We also have a microphone. We highly recommend testing your music format prior to your special event!
